It’s not for everybody of course, but what we can do is agree a purchase price and complete on the property in just a few weeks.

That’s not the case with us.  We agree a price, and we complete in just a few weeks.  It’s very rare for something to go wrong (that’s not to say it can’t go wrong of course – life isn’t like that)

Assisted Sale

So in this situation what we will do is provide the money to actually do the house up (we use our prefferred builders as we know and trust them, and have used them before).

So for example, a house woth £100,000 but in it’s current condition may only be worth £80,000.

We’ll spend (let’s say £7,500 for sake of the example).  Usually when we have finished, the house is worth more than the £100,000 anyway, and we can go 50/50 on the profits (£80,000 plus the £7,500 is a total of £87,500)

The profit here is £12,500 – so we make £6,250 profit, and you get to keep the other £6,250.
