How quickly can you move ?

That's down to you - if you complete the form, we'll get on the phone with you as quickly as possible, so usually same day or within 24 hours.  We're constantly looking for more property for our tenants waiting on our list, so yours may well be the perfect property for them.

Will I need permission from my Mortgage Lender ?

Yes, more than likely, if it's not already a Buy To Let Mortgage, you will need to get permission from the lender.

Often it's just a simple phone call (but make sure you get written confirmation just in case they deny it later!

What about EPC's, EICR's, Gas Certificates and all the other stuff?

We'll handle all of that for you, so you don't need to worry.  We follow all the rules to the letter of the law, as this is really important to do when dealing with property.

What about Article 4 areas and HMO's?

You should be very wary of some companies that try and turn your property into a HMO (House of multiple occupation), because the property may be in a Section 4, licensable area - which councils rarely give out.
