Q. What percentage do you offer?

A. This depends on many factors, such as the condition of the property, the availability of money in the financial markets and so on. We like to come and meet you, because sometimes it not about what the percentage is, but its about trying to resolve your particular problem, whatever that may be, and finding a solution that works just for you.

Q. Are you a trustworthy and reliable property buyer?

A. Yes. We're owned by The Think Tank Group, a professional Lettings Agency, and we have many happy customers throughout the UK.

We're one of the few companies that says what we think, and people respect us for that, so you can be guaranteed that we'll always be upfront with you, and in return we hope you'll be upfront with us. Theres no point in messing each other around, as that just slows the whole process down for you.

Q. How fast can you buy and rent-back (where applicable) my property?

A. Very Quickly is the answer to that ! We have purchased properties in as little as 24 hours but the timescales can be up to you. We have even had an agreement to purchase in 3 months, whilst the vendor found sorted out their emmigration. We usually complete in 2 weeks, but this can be up to you.

Q. What will you offer me for my property?

A. Well, of course we buy below market value, but the exact amount depends on your circumstances. We offer a complete package, so sometimes that value can depend on your personal circumstances.

Q. Do I need a Home Information Pack (HIP) before selling to you?

A. No. You only need one of these if you are marketing the property yourself, so in this situation, it is not required.

Q. Do you buy all types of properties?

A. Yes. We've bought all sorts including commercial properties, across the UK.

Q. Will your give me what the Estate Agent has said the property is worth ?

A. Ah .. Estate Agents. We know from experience that can and do get the pricing wrong, which is why you usually get 3 different prices, from 3 different Estate Agents ! You have to take into account, their fees, the length of time the property will take to sale, and the fact that 1 in 3 houses fall through. We give you a guaranteed sale, within 2 weeks and have never pulled out of a deal. Remember, we buy below market value in order to achieve that quick guaranteed sale.

Q. Are there any hidden costs or catches if I sell my house to you?

A. No. Absoultely Not !! There are no costs to you whatsoever. We provide a free valuation, can pay for your legal costs even and there are no hidden costs at all.

Q. My house is in poor condition and needs work doing, would this still ok?

A. Most definitely! We buy all sorts of properties in all sorts of conditions, so don't be embarrassed if you feel its not looking right !

Q. How long is the offer valid for?

A. It usually depends on the financial market as money prices and mortgages can and do change, but we'll try and give you as long as you can to make a decision.

Q. I know someone who would like to sell their house quickly, can I earn commission ?

A. 500 Pounds in commission is available. Many of our customers recommend friends and family, and we do buy a lot of proeprty in this way.

Q. Do I need a solicitor?

A. You can use your own solicitor if you like, but we're happy to pay your solicitors costs if you use our solicitors. The Solicitors we use, despite being paid by us, are working for you and you only.. All solicitors we recommend are regulated by the Law Society of course and are used to the way in which we purchase property quickly..
